Beliefs
Our beliefs are our pillars of faith that are the basis and foundation for the ministry, Ambassadors of the Kingdom, Inc.
GOD
Isaiah 43:11
We believe that there is only one God, Creator of the entire universe.
THE TRINITY
1 Juan 5:7
We believe in a triune God; God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and the three are one.
CHRIST
The Gospels
We believe in Jesus Christ as Savior. The Word of God who became flesh, walked here on earth, performed many miracles, lived a sinless life, was crucified, buried, raised by God the Father on the third day, seen by many, and ascended into heaven where He continually intercedes for us day and night.
THE BIBLE
1 Peter 1:23 and 2 Timothy 3:16
We believe in the Bible as the ultimate authority and manifestation of God's will and plan of love and mercy toward humanity. It is the incorruptible, inerrant, and unchanging Word and thoughts of God.
THE HOLY SPIRIT
Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 6:19 and 1 Corinthians 14:1-3
We believe in the movement of the Holy Spirit to counsel, guide, and empower us to live a life in accordance with God's precepts. We also believe in the fullness and manifestation of the gifts of God's Spirit to equip His church for the edification, exhortation, and comfort of every believer.
SALVATION
Psalms 32:5, Acts 3:19 and Romans 10:9-10
We believe that repentance, acceptance, and confession are the only requirements for entering paradise. That is, repentance for our sins, acceptance of Christ as our personal savior, and confession of both. This is reconciliation!
RESTORATION
Galatians 6:1 and Job 33:26
We believe in the restoration of the whole person through a holistic approach (emotionally, spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially). Jesus tells us that restoration is the result of a life reconciled with God through faith in Jesus, the Messiah.
THE FAMILY
1 Timothy 3:5, Genesis 1:27; 5:2
We believe in the family as the primary model for ministry. *We define the word "family" as the immediate family unit; the marriage between a man and a woman (their physical biology at birth) and their offspring through natural reproduction, as defined in the Bible. Healthy families are the foundation of healthy societies.
THE PROPHECY
1 Corinthians 12:28 and Joel 2:28
We believe in the prophetic movement and its continued activity today. There is a clear distinction between the gift of prophecy and the office of the prophet. Prophecy, in its original function, has always been to point to and announce the arrival of the promised Messiah.
GRACE
Ephesians 2:5
We believe in the dispensation of grace in which we live today, through our unwavering faith in Christ Jesus. Grace is an undeserved gift that God gave us by providing salvation without any human merit. To live life in grace is to understand that we do not earn, nor can we ever earn, eternal salvation. This creates total dependence on God.
It is worth mentioning that saving grace is not a license to sin (what is known as "licentiousness"). The grace that saves us draws us closer to the heart and will of the Father, and enables us to live a godly and pleasing life in His sight. Not to earn salvation, but because we have been saved, we live in grace/gratitude to God (Matthew 10:8).
THE KINGDOM
Matthew 6:10, 33; 10:7; 11:12, 1 Corinthians 4:20, Romans 14:17
The Kingdom of God is an immaterial realm. It is a heavenly and spiritual realm that every person experiences upon entering into eternal salvation through faith in Jesus. The Kingdom is power, authority, and divine grace that we can live and manifest in the natural world.
THE SECOND COMING
Revelation 20:6
We believe that our Lord, Jesus Christ, will return to earth at an undisclosed time, where He will establish His earthly kingdom and reign for 1000 years.
