I'm new here

Are you new here?

Be Our Guest of Honor...

We know how important it is to find a church for you and your family. It's a place where you can encounter God, find spiritual refuge, a place where your well-being is valued, where God's presence is felt, where the Word is preached in a wholesome way, and where there are activities for your children! These reasons, and many more, are what lead someone to seek a new place to call church and spiritual home. Perhaps you've asked yourself the following questions...

  • What are the services like?
  • What will happen to my children?
  • Do you have anything for young people?
  • Where do I park?
  • What is their dress code?
  • How can I connect?

We receive these and many similar questions every week. Below you will find the answers to this and other similar questions.

Questions and Answers

Here are the answers to frequently asked questions.

  • What are their services like?

Our services are dynamic and fun! Here you'll find a service filled with joy and passion, with people eagerly awaiting you, with open arms and smiles on their faces. No two services are the same, even though we have a program we follow. We are joyful, we sing to God with joy and passion, and the sermons are refreshing and challenging, full of wisdom that comes only from the sound and holy Scriptures.

The services last approximately 70 to 90 minutes. But we always allow for more, if the Holy Spirit so directs! Although we follow a specific order and try our best to honor people with the time spent in the service, we all know that honoring God and His schedule is more important. Nevertheless, to the best of our ability, we always begin on time and finish as close to the planned time as possible.

  • What kind of people attend this church?

At Embajadores, we have a healthy mix of generations, backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and more. Our church is multicultural, multiethnic, and multigenerational. Our visionary pastor calls it a church of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—a church for seniors, adults, and youth/children. Our average age is between 30 and 40, with many younger and older members as well.

  • What are pastors like?

In Embajadores, the pastors are called "Visionary Pastors." In other places, they are called Senior Pastors or Senior Pastors; they are the ones who formed and founded our church. Our pastors, Víctor and Nathalis Hernández, are well-prepared individuals with over seven years of theological studies, ranging from Hispanic theology to systematic and general theology. Both hold a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry with concentrations in Inner Healing, Clinical Counseling, and Psychology.

Our visionary pastors are down-to-earth and humble. You can find love and grace in them. When they preach, their sermons are firmly grounded in the Bible and focused on the formation of the believer. They believe in the importance of family and have cultivated a unique and distinctive culture within the church.

Our Visionary Pastors also have a team of Assistant Pastors who together bear the blessing of ministering to and leading this work. The Assistant Pastors are also constantly trained directly by the Visionary Pastors and will have the opportunity to deliver a message each month.

  • What will happen to my children?

The children of the church have their own time with God in their children's church, where they will learn about Jesus and the Bible at their level. There they will have activities, teaching time, and recreation time.

Each child must be registered at the entrance before the service. A member of the children's team will be there to collect your child's information and give each child a number. Sometimes, the staff will allow your children to attend the worship service in the auditorium. Afterward, they will take them to their classes.

Children will have their own children's church every Sunday, except for the last Sunday of the month, when they stay with their families during the service. At Ambassadors, we believe it's healthy for your children to have this time to spend with their families and learn from the best role models they have: their parents!

    Use:

All volunteers and staff who work with the children undergo a background check and, if necessary, an interview with the pastors. This is all to ensure that your children are in a safe and secure environment.

  • Do you have anything for young people?

At the end of this year, the Visionary Pastors established a team to work with young people. This is a priority area for the Pastors. Starting in 2023, the youth were meeting once a month, either at the church or elsewhere.

This year, 2024, youth and young men will be meeting every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month! Stay tuned during services or on our social media for more information about youth activities.

  • Where do I park?

The church has ample parking to fill the auditorium to capacity. Our servers will be on hand to assist you should you encounter any difficulties. Simply turn on your hazard lights and drive to the entrance, and one of our servers will assist you. In case of rain, they will also be available with umbrellas. You can always park near the entrance briefly to drop off your family members and then find a parking space.

  • Where is the church located?

The church's address is 13505 West 130th Street. You can find it in full at the bottom of each page of this website.

We're located in a shopping center called Town Center Plaza, next to a business called Royal Tan. Outside you'll see a banner with the name of the church, Embajadores Church. We're on the corner of West 130th Street and Royalton Road.

Just 4 minutes from Southpark Mall in Strongsville!

  • What is their dress code?

In short, none. While everyone who participates on stage has a higher level of responsibility and a sense of modesty, at Ambassadors we don't have a dress code for congregants. Come comfortably or in your best clothes, as you would for church; we'll welcome you the same way. We simply ask that you consider the time of year, the meeting place, and modesty, etc. As our pastors say, "It's possible to dress well and appropriately without wearing ties or suits."

  • How can I connect?

The best way to connect is in person! Our Visionary Pastor always reminds us that Christ and the Church are God's perfect idea, and they are one and the same. Christ is the head, and the church is His body; it's impossible to accept the head and not want to be part of the body. The head and the body are equally necessary and interdependent. If you have the opportunity to be with Him in person as much as possible, do it. You'll see the difference in your life!

If you can't attend in person, our social media platforms provide a virtual space where you can participate from the comfort of your home! You can find ways to connect virtually on this site. It's also a good idea to connect with leaders and pastors via text message, email, or social media. Finally, you can try calling the church at the number listed at the top or bottom of each page on this website.

Beginning in 2024, live services will not be streamed virtually for a time, until further notice.

  • What activities do you have for couples?

At Ambassadors, we believe that the family is the fundamental basis of society. Healthy families ultimately lead to a healthy community, which in turn leads to a healthy church. To this end, the pastors, along with the pastoral team, began a series of monthly meetings during 2022 to strengthen the couples in the church. During 2023, they met every last Sunday of the month, with the exception of November and December due to the holidays.

*In this new year 2024, we are working on a small group basis for couples, ladies, and gentlemen.
